Is there a parking lot?

There is a space right in front of the store and also at the store next door, “JAM Rental Kirikubo Store”. Parking is free of charge for customers (during rental setup). For details of the store, click here.

What is the payment method?

We accept cash, PayPay, and credit cards. If you are concerned about your payment, we recommend you to make a payment in advance on our website.

I am a beginner. Is there anything I need to bring?
A
We provide a complete set of rental equipment for your enjoyment on the ski slopes. Please bring warm and comfortable clothing as well as socks.

Do you have each boots and children's sizes?
A
We have a wide range of boots and ski/snowboard equipment for foot sizes 18 cm to 30 cm. We can accommodate everyone from children to adults.

Do you have a changing room?
A
We have two changing rooms available. Please take care of your valuables by yourself. Please note that we cannot keep your valuables in the changing rooms.

Can I cancel on the day of the tour?
A
No refunds will be made for cancellations made on the day of the tour, including those made in advance and those made on site (the same applies in case of weather conditions or lift cancellations). If you cancel by 5:00 p.m. on the previous day, there will be no cancellation fee. Customers who have rented items for multiple days will receive a refund when they bring the items to the store.

What do you do if my rental items are stolen?

Please contact our store first, and then contact the police yourself. In case of loss, we will ask you to pay a fee as a deposit based on the regulations of each product. We will refund the fee by wire transfer when the merchandise is returned.

Do you offer a pick-up service?

We do not currently offer a pick-up service.
